Description
In September, 1985, the USGS and Lawrence Livermore National Labs (LLNL) conducted a three-dimensional high-resolution seismic study of the Medicine Lake Volcano in nothern California. The purpose of the experiment was to detect, with resolution of about 1 km, any P-velocity anomalies present in the shallow crust under the volcano.
