Description
Prior to deployment of the seismic recorders, recording sites were staked and surveyed using an HP EDM(HP3820), which employs a laser and reflectors. The laser was positioned at various points along the profiles, and reflectors were positioned at the seismic recorder sites, benchmarks, road intersections, and other features disginguishable on topographic and orthophoto maps.
